Frequently asked questions
Do I need a PLAYTEX AI subscription?
No subscription is needed to browse public pages or compare plans. Actions that generate, save, or export assets follow the same sign-in, credit, and plan rules as the regular interface.
Do I need to install anything?
PLAYTEX AI does not require a separate plugin. You do need a browser and agent that support WebMCP. If they do not, every page and tool still works through the normal interface.
Can an agent change slider settings?
Yes, on supported map pages. The page gives the agent named controls with allowed ranges, such as normal strength from 0.2 to 16. The agent sends the exact value, and the matching visible control updates; it does not guess where to drag a slider.
Can an agent spend my credits?
Only a generation action you request and approve can use credits. Your current balance, plan limits, rate limits, and normal account checks still apply.
Can an agent complete a purchase for me?
No. A supported action can take you to the appropriate secure checkout flow, but you review the order and complete payment yourself on the trusted checkout page.
What information can my browser agent see?
That depends on the browser agent and its privacy terms. PLAYTEX AI exposes purpose-built actions for the current page; it does not turn your account into a public service. Never place passwords, secret keys, or sensitive payment details in an agent prompt.
How do visitors know agent tools are available?
People can follow the Agent tools link on PLAYTEX AI. A compatible browser agent can also detect the actions registered by the page after the visitor opens that page. WebMCP does not advertise the site to every agent on the internet.
What if WebMCP is unavailable or an action fails?
