These terms explain source-upload handling, automatic public sharing for Free outputs, private personal-use licenses, and commercial-use rights for Starter, Creator, and Studio.
Generator source files are used only to complete the processing request you initiate. PLAYTEX AI does not retain those source files after processing is complete; there is no post-processing upload-retention period. PLAYTEX AI does not use uploaded source files to train AI models.
Outputs generated with a free account are automatically shared publicly and made available for anyone to access and use at no charge. Generating on Free does not include a commercial-use license. Free-account outputs are not private or exclusive.
Outputs generated under Mapper, Starter, Creator, Studio, or the Deterministic Toolkit are not automatically shared publicly. Commercial-use rights are included only with Starter, Creator, and Studio, subject to the Terms of Service, applicable law, and any third-party rights in source material. Mapper and the Deterministic Toolkit are personal-use licenses.
You must have the rights needed for source material and must comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
