These terms explain source-upload handling, automatic public sharing for Free outputs, private personal-use licenses, and commercial-use rights for Starter, Creator, and Studio.
Generator source files are used only to complete the processing request you initiate. PLAYTEX AI does not retain those source files after processing is complete; there is no post-processing upload-retention period. PLAYTEX AI does not use uploaded source files to train AI models.
Public assets on /textures and /hdri may be used commercially by users on every plan, including Free, at the download sizes available to their plan. Sign in to download an available asset; your plan and the available source determine the download sizes. This public-library license does not unlock larger downloads or transfer ownership of the asset, and remains subject to third-party rights in source material.
Outputs generated with a free account are automatically shared publicly and made available for anyone to access and use at no charge. Generating on Free does not itself include a commercial-use license; public assets downloaded from /textures or /hdri carry the public-library commercial-use license at the sizes available to the downloader's plan, including Free. Free-account outputs are not private or exclusive.
Outputs generated under Mapper, Starter, Creator, Studio, or the Deterministic Toolkit are not automatically shared publicly. Commercial-use rights for your own generated outputs are included only with Starter, Creator, and Studio, subject to the Terms of Service, applicable law, and any third-party rights in source material. Mapper and the Deterministic Toolkit are personal-use licenses for generated outputs. Separately, every plan may commercially use public assets downloaded from /textures or /hdri at its available download sizes.
You must have the rights needed for source material and must comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
