Billing
This billing policy explains subscription billing, the one-time Deterministic Toolkit purchase, cancellation behavior, usage limits, and payment-related account handling.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Annual plans are Mapper $33, Starter $99, Creator $209, and Studio $539; extra Studio seats are $165/year. Credits refresh and expire monthly on either billing period. The 20% offer applies only to eligible monthly subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals and paid access remains active through the current billing period.
The Deterministic Toolkit is a one-time lifetime-access purchase with no recurring charge.
Eligible first-time subscription and Deterministic Toolkit purchases can receive a full refund when requested within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
Renewals, partial billing periods, and charges outside the 7-day request window are generally not refundable unless required by law.
